Is the thimerosal level in a seasonal flu shot (multidose vial based) within EPA limits?

I have spent two days looking for info that could help me with this. I just took my son for his 1st seasonal flu shot and totally spaced out on making sure he received the thimerosal free version.

He would have received the free version if that’s what you specified.If you didn’t specify it, there’s no need to worry. The mercury in thimerosol is organically bound. is well within limits and has been demonstrated through many research investigations to not be harmful.
