Julie Gerberding, the head of the CDC, went on CNN’s House Call with Dr. Sanjay Gupta to discuss the Hannah Poling case and admitted that vaccines trigger autism in a subset of the population with mitochondrial disorders.

It is time for Dr. Gerberding to answer some hard questions before congress.

Call for congressional hearings into the Vaccine Injury Compensation Fund autism cases, so we can find out what the government knows about the relationship between vaccines and autism.

Addendum: Gerberding/CDC/HHS has given several names to the phenomenon of Vaccine Induced Autism. Gerberding calls it the “symptoms of autism” in this interview, “autism like syndrome” during a previous CDC press conference and HHS refers to it as “vaccine induced encepalopathy” on their website for the Vaccine Injury Compensation fund.

I wrote this piece (see link below) to point out the absurdity of trying to fool the American people into thinking that vaccines cause something that looks exactly like autism, and in fact is diagnosed as autism by every professional the child sees, but is actually an “autism like syndrome” with the “symptoms of autism” that occurred following a “vaccine induced encepalopathy” which has the exact same symptoms as autism, but it is not really autism… oh… and by the way… vaccines don’t cause autism.

It is time to end the word games and deal with the problem.

Most likely, this is some toxic ault on the body from vaccines to nerve gas pills to petrochemicals or combination thereof.

Fact: the government will never tell the truth when they have scr*w*d up.

I guess that Lancet published Wakefield MMR study really stood up?

The fact is that there has never been a controlled study on autism & vaccines – a comparison of vaxed and unvaxed kids over the same time period using the same definitions and evaluation criteria.

They have instead relied on the expanded definition, greater awareness & better diagnosis to conclude that there are other causes. They are misleading the public and it appears intentional to me.

This is absolutely amazing. She does state exactly how vaccines could cause autism, but says that they “believe” this to be a rare case without any proof.

At the same time, she says there have been at least 15 studies showing no connection when anyone who has looked at these studies knows that they did not compare vaxed with unvaxed kids during the same time period with the exact same diagnostic criteria. They mixed apples and oranges.

Thank you for the info about the Gen Rescue survey. It is an interesting look. I have been trying to get Julie Gerberding to perform a similar study for years now. We are in the midst of a similar study in Tampa at the schools specifically funded for Autism and are asking only one question of the parents. Has your child ever received a dose of vaccine or not. So far we have none that are unvaccinated.

    DoctorBain,

I am going by parental reports. I have talked to a two or three people who say they have unvaccinated children with autism. They seem to be few and far between.

Also the Generation Rescue survey showed that vaccinated boys have a 2.5 times higher incidence of autism than unvaxxed boys, which must mean that they found some unvaxxed kids with autism. I would start looking there.

But you are right in that they seem to be hard to come by.

    “how many children …
“how many children have mitochondrial disorders?”

We don’t know. Hannah’s was a non-genetic, acquired, asymptomatic mito dysfunction. Kids are not tested for this. So it could be that all cases of regressive autism are the exact same thing as Hannah.

  19. socialmarketing says:

    Wrong, wrong, …
Wrong, wrong, totally wrong. How many children have mitochondrial disorders? Not many. And the Polling case never was evaluated on a reasonable basis, all the plaintiffs had to do is present a “plausible theory” to win. This standard is far too easy to reach and would never be allowed in a standard court of law.

I think people should not be forced to vaccinate their children, so long as they purchase enough liability insurance and pay a special tax per year.
